High season bookings are for a minimum of 6 nights, Saturday preferred (unless you see a 3 – 5 night slot available last minute). Low and Mid season bookings may start on any day, minimum 3 nights. 

Booking Conditions: We will hold a provisional booking (following a telephone call or e-mail) for 3 days after which we require a 20% deposit to secure the booking, with the balance due six weeks before the holiday.  Where no balance payment is received we cannot guarantee to continue to hold the booking. Where a holiday is booked less than 6 weeks before arrival, the total cost is payable by immediate bank transfer/PayPal invoice, together with the booking form returned by post or by scanning and emailing. Deposits and balances may be paid in Sterling or Euros either by cheque or bank transfer. Cheques in sterling should be made payable to Mr and Mrs Billing. Alternatively you can pay for your stay at ROUFFIAGUET via Pay Pal, using your account or a credit/debit card. Whilst deposits and balances remain non-refundable, in the event of cancellation every effort will be made to re-let your holiday. Where this is possible we will pass the benefit back to you. Please print out the Booking Form complete it in ink using block capitals and return by post with your deposit or scan and e-mail with bank transfer.
